Hello,
My name is Anna. I am a qualified and experienced counsellor, and I’m here to offer a supportive, compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected. I believe that reaching out takes courage, and I’m committed to walking alongside you with care and empathy.
I offer online and face-to-face therapy for adults who may be going through a difficult time, feeling overwhelmed, seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, or sensing that it might be time for meaningful change. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
As a therapist, I am committed to providing responsible and ethical care. I work under regular professional supervision and maintain up-to-date therapist insurance, ensuring that you receive not only a warm and empathetic presence but also a professional and trustworthy therapeutic experience.
If you are ready to explore your emotions, experiences, and inner world in a space of acceptance, understanding, and mutual respect, I invite you to reach out.
Together, we can work on what matters most to you — at your own pace and in line with your values.
I offer support in the following areas:
Gaining a better understanding of yourself and your emotions
Building authentic relationships with others
Increasing self-esteem and self-acceptance
Developing self-awareness and taking responsibility for your own choices
Overcoming inner conflicts and emotional difficulties
Coping with anxiety, depression, and stress
Navigating life crises and times of transition
Regaining a sense of meaning and direction in life
Freeing yourself from the pressure to be “perfect” and allowing yourself to be who you truly are
Creating a safe space for expressing yourself freely, without judgment or criticism
What can therapy do for me?
I support individuals facing emotional challenges, stress, feelings of being lost, and grief—especially the often misunderstood grief that comes with losing an animal companion. I believe that everyone has inner resources to help them navigate difficult times. Sometimes, all it takes is a safe and supportive space to reconnect with those resources and start moving toward becoming the person you aspire to be.

I have developed and continue to develop my professional practice by collaborating with charitable organizations that offer support to people experiencing homelessness, individuals recovering from addictions, and students seeking help in coping with emotional and personal difficulties, as well as people going through various life crises who are looking for support in rediscovering themselves and finding their own voice.
Currently, I work as an addiction therapist in a private addiction treatment centre that supports people in the process of recovery and building lasting change, and I also run my own private practice working with individual clients. I provide therapy in both Polish and English.
