How I Work
Therapy is not just about talking for the sake of talking. And it’s not about me giving you a ready-made recipe for life.
I believe the best solutions are the ones that feel true to you — which is why therapy is a collaborative process of finding paths that align with your values, your abilities, and your pace.
In my work, I draw from Solution-Focused Therapy, a person-centered approach, as well as elements of CBT and DBT. This means that we:
explore and understand the roots of your difficulties,
learn to regulate emotions and cope with tension,
look at thinking patterns that may be limiting you,
and identify practical, realistic steps you can begin to apply in your daily life.
In Solution-Focused Therapy, we focus not only on what hurts, but also on what works — even if at first it seems like very little. We look for your strengths, resources, and the moments when you’ve coped better than you might realize.
I don’t impose solutions.
I don’t judge.
I don’t follow one rigid therapeutic script.
I adapt my way of working to you — to what you need most in a given moment. Sometimes that means deeper self-understanding, sometimes concrete tools, and sometimes simply a safe space where you can be fully yourself.
Therapy is a process of collaboration.
I bring knowledge, experience, and attentive presence.
You bring your story, your lived experiences, and your willingness to look inward.
Together, we look for what will help you move forward — in a way that truly feels like your own.
I often say that I don’t give you the key to life — I help you rediscover the one you’ve been carrying with you all along.
